In the boardroom game you join the board of a fictional bicycle company with 3 to 6 colleagues, with each colleague in their own role. In five rounds you compete for the greatest gain in the trust of your customers by taking the right cyber security measures. At the end of each round there are a number of incidents that can occur, such as a DDOS attack, a laptop being left behind or a power outage. The challenge for your team is to use the right strategy and take the right measures in terms of people, process and technology. This is how you ensure that your team becomes the most successful bicycle company.
In addition to an introduction to all risks, this cyber security workshop will also introduce you to possible measures you can take. You will also see what interests are at play within your company and what approaches you can use when building your strategy.
