How it works
RDM Next provides a team of 4 creative technologists for a period of 5-6 weeks. A one-day creative session will take place every week. Per session, a number of guests will contribute to a process of gathering insights, ideation, selection, validation and further elaboration of vision and concepts.

A thematic framework for the sessions will be established prior to this process. Below you will find an initial draft of the program, which will be expanded and improved based on further information. Based on the outcome of each previous session, the content of the next session will be refined. In other words: we draw up a plan together, but dare to deviate from it.

Results
The result of this collaboration is a well-founded vision of the future. This is supported by a number of concrete concepts that prepare your company for the future. Concrete development steps can be taken for these concepts at the same time in the next 1-5 years. From the network at RDM Next, we can then help you think about the realization of the plans that arise from these sessions, or connect you with the right (development) parties.
