Validation session / workshop Lean Startup

Do you want to innovate? Then fail often, and fail fast. RDM Next's validation session ensures that you know for sure whether your idea will be a success before you have fully developed it. We do this by structurally validating or invalidating all assumptions behind your idea using the Lean Startup method. This way you ensure that you do not throw away money on development that turns out to be unnecessary.

Content of the development process

The session starts by listing all facets of your idea using different methods. All assumptions are then listed. Depending on what the riskiest assumptions are, a test plan is drawn up and, if necessary, initial prototypes are worked on to test the assumptions. Your idea is refined in successive iterations until it is ready for the market.

Result

During this session we flatten development into a clear story with clear tools. The result of the workshop is that participants are more innovation minded, see clear opportunities for development and can identify clear next steps.

Location and time

The validation session can be given at any location, but it is most fun to do it with us in the Innovation Dock. We take a whole day for this, with enough time for theory and practice. We can also create a tailor-made program for your team.

Mix 'n match

The Validation session can be done in combination with a Co-creation session. If you have not yet gained any initial ideas, we recommend that you first do a Design Thinking session and/or a digital session.

Flexible in time

The validation session is a creative process, which means that some times it takes longer than others. During the session we ensure that you are so familiar with the technology that you can take the next steps yourself. Of course it is possible to make the validation process longer than two half-days. We will find the best approach along the way.
