Content of the development process
You think like a designer by putting yourself in the shoes of your user, to discover his or her dreams and thresholds. From this starting point you set up a reliable design challenge, from which you can easily come up with new ideas. Using different selection methods you arrive at one idea. In a possible follow-up session you validate this idea by prototyping and testing.
RDM Next's Design Thinking session introduces you to various design methods, which we put together based on your preferences and ambitions. This way we ensure that you come up with good ideas, and at the same time you can involve your team in thinking from new perspectives.
Result
After this session, participants go home with a clear problem definition and concrete solutions to this problem. In addition, they know what steps need to be taken to actually solve this challenge.
Location and time
The design thinking session can be given at any location, but it is most fun to do it with us in the Innovation Dock. We take a whole day for this, with enough time for theory and practice. We can also create a tailor-made program for your team.
Mix 'n match
The Design Thinking session can be done in combination with a Validation session and a Co-creation session. If you want to go through the entire Design Thinking Cycle, we recommend that you also do a Validation session.
What others thought of it
“It started with a fun inspiration session from other industries. A well-organized brainstorm was then organized that generated concrete and valuable ideas that we can continue to work on.”
