ROBOT RACE

Robots are no longer as futuristic as they were a few years ago. You are probably or know someone with a robot at home, for example in the form of a vacuum cleaner. Before robots take a more prominent place in society, it is high time to take control yourself.

CONTENT OF THE WORKSHOP

At the Robot Workshop we will work with Mbot from Makeblock. Don't worry, everything is explained to the layman and at the end of the day you and a small team have programmed your own robot to race against the clock and your colleagues. According to the Sense – Think – Act principle, we teach you to make a robot do exactly what you want. You do this by programming in a visual way using so-called blocks. The challenge is to finish our self-built race track, and of course in the fastest time of the day. Book this workshop if you want an introduction to Robotics and want to get acquainted with programming in a visual way.

LOCATION AND TIME

The Robot Challenge can be given at any location, but it is most fun to do it with us in the Innovation Dock. We will then take you on a tour of various innovative parties that work with robots, and then have two hours to compete with each other.

Mix 'n match

The image below shows what your workshop could look like. You can of course also combine multiple topics in one workshop. Do you want to put together a perfectly connected program? That's absolutely fine, please contact us!
