A tour of the Innovation dock with KPN
Yesterday, 250 KPN managers visited the Innovation Dock for an inspiration day with the theme “progress starts with you”. We received them at the RDM location and guided them on a tour of the Innovation Dock. During the tour we introduced them to various digital technologies, including 3D printing, Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning and drones. For each technology we demonstrated, we discussed with participants specific applications in their own work and how these technologies could be used to drive progress and change.
Through this experience, we wanted to inspire KPN's managers to think more actively about innovation and technology within their own organization, and provide them with the tools and insights they need to improve their work and make it more efficient. By showing them what is possible and guiding them in thinking about applications in their own work, we hope that this day will have a lasting impact on the way they do their work and how they further develop KPN as an organization.
