RDM Next can be reached by bus, ferry and water taxi. From Rotterdam Centrum, the fastest way is to take a water taxi, which you will need to book in advance. For other options, see https://rdmnext.nl/route/

RDM Next is very easy to reach by car; you can reach RDM from the highway within five minutes. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Innovation Dock and is free. Charging stations are also available.
What about parking?
At RDM Next you can park in the spacious parking lot with more than 1000 spaces. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay overnight within walking distance of RDM Next. It is possible to book a water taxi to SS Rotterdam, Nhow, Witte de With street (Leuvehaven stop) or another hotel on the Nieuwe Maas. This way it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to a hotel.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes, although we strongly prefer our own suppliers. We aim for high quality and enjoy working with parties that can meet our expectations. If you want to bring your own caterer, a contribution applies.
What are the cancellation conditions?
The cancellation conditions are set out in Article 15 of the RDM Next General Terms and Conditions and are as follows:
- If you cancel 6 to 5 weeks in advance, 25% of the quoted amount will be charged.
- If you cancel at least 4-3 weeks in advance, 50% will be charged of the quoted amount.
- If you cancel at least 2-1 weeks in advance, 75% of the quoted amount will be charged.
- If you cancel at least 1 week in advance, 100% of the quoted amount will be charged.
In other words: If you cancel closer to your event or workshop, you are still obliged to pay for your event. Reasons for this are that suppliers and staff also have to be canceled at the last minute, and that it is more difficult to rent out the space at short notice. We often try to accommodate you a little, for example by offering a discount on your next event.
