In the Rotterdam Additive Manufacturing fieldLab (RAMLAB) we are involved in 3D printing of metal, specifically with Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). This technique uses welding robots to build or repair metal parts within a short time. RAMLAB was started in 2016 in collaboration between RDM Next, Innovation Quarter and Port of Rotterdam.
